Overview:
Middle Leadership Moments is an ongoing series of short, practical videos designed to support you in the real work of leading teams. Once a fortnight, you'll receive a “moment” focused on a high-impact idea, tool, or routine that can make an immediate difference to how you lead: whether that’s running better meetings, giving clearer feedback, or prioritising what matters most. The aim isn’t to add more to your plate, but to sharpen how you use the time and influence you already have. These are ideas you can pick up and apply straight away, helping you lead with greater clarity, consistency, and impact.
Presenter:
Mark Osborne is the Director of Leading Learning and has been a teacher, school leader, consultant, author and speaker for almost thirty years. He has a PhD from the University of Melbourne in leading change in education, and has worked with schools and school districts throughout New Zealand and Australia; North and South America; Europe and Asia. Mark is particularly passionate about leadership development, change leadership, and innovation in schools.
