In her role as an Accredited Facilitator and Senior Consultant for Leading Learning, Jo works with primary, intermediate and secondary schools throughout New Zealand. Specialising in the area of review, strategic planning, future-focused development, curriculum design, effective professional growth cycles, coaching and leadership appointments, Jo supports leaders to strengthen school performance.

As an experienced educational leader, Jo is particularly interested in the way schools learn, the language of learning, and the strategies that educators can utilise, to engage school leaders, teachers and students in rich learning opportunities and experiences that make learning authentic and meaningful for them. Jo is highly regarded in her profession, with proven ability to work alongside educators and leaders to promote change.

In addition to her consultancy work with schools, Jo is also contracted by NZSBA to provide professional learning and support to Boards.
