Leading Curriculum Change is a practical, self-paced, online course designed to help school leaders move from overload into action. Across four focused modules, you’ll explore common failure points in school-wide change and build a kete of concrete strategies to increase clarity and direction, foster purposeful action, and create sustained momentum.
This course is ideal for principals, senior leaders, curriculum leaders, and team leaders who want to lead curriculum change with greater clarity, confidence, and follow-through.
Presenter:
Mark Osborne is the Director of Leading Learning and has been a teacher, school leader, consultant, author and speaker for almost thirty years. He has a PhD from the University of Melbourne in leading change in education, and has worked with schools and school districts throughout New Zealand and Australia; North and South America; Europe and Asia. Mark is particularly passionate about leadership development, change leadership, and innovation in schools.
