Improvement Loops: Full Year Programme
Improvement Loops are a structured, evidence-based framework for strengthening teaching, leadership, and student outcomes. Our facilitators guide schools through a disciplined cycle of identifying and deeply understanding a high-leverage challenge; activating inquiry to strengthen practice; gathering and analysing evidence of impact, and embedding high-impact practices for sustainability. The process builds collective ownership, sharpens focus, and develops leaders’ capability to sustain improvement over time with the dual outcomes of school improvement and capability-building system.
Many leadership teams work hard on improvement, but often feel pulled in too many directions. Priorities multiply, action plans grow, and it becomes difficult to know which efforts are truly making a difference for learners.
This school improvement framework has a focus on clarity, coherence, and follow-through: helping leadership teams move from busy action to deliberate improvement. The process guides leadership teams through a process enabling them to slow down; focus on the right things; and develop a plan to map out a set of high-impact actions for the year ahead.
The workshop is ideal for:
School leadership teams (principals, senior and middle leaders).
Teams leading strategic or annual improvement priorities.
Schools wanting to strengthen improvement capability, not just produce another plan.
Schools interested in meaningful action rather than compliance, templates, or adding more initiatives.
How It Works:
2 days per term, on-site or off-site.
Highly practical and facilitated by one of our skilled consultants.
Based on your school’s actual data and priorities.
Designed for whole leadership teams to come together around a common improvement goal.
Enquire now, or book a conversation to see how this one day can transform your improvement efforts.
Limited dates available each term.
* Pricing varies due to travel and other costs.
